• Organize incoming and outgoing guest orders
• Maintain the flow of Inseat Runners
• Communicate to guests via IPAD
• Handles guests concerns and refunds
• Helps keep beverage stocked throughout the game
• Helps keep front of house area clean and organized per health code standards
• Helps with set up and breakdown
• Assists Manager with ordering
• Demonstrates strong organizational and customer service skills
• Expected schedule minimum Wednesday - Sunday (if not every game)

• Ability to read delivery forms and purchase orders
• Basic math skills for counting inventory
• Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions
• Expected schedule minimum Wednesday - Sunday (if not every game)
• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to lift up to 165 pounds
• Ability to pull heavy carts of stock
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting and reaching
• Exposed to variable temperatures depending on the season

Delaware North operates concessions and premium dining services at the 41,900-seat American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers since 1970. We manage concession outlets, suites, all-inclusive areas and clubs at the stadium. We also operate J. Leinenkugel's Barrel Yard Brewery, Bar, and Restaurant.
