Base Pay: Starting at $21.00 per hour. 3rd shift would get an additional $0.65 cent shift differential.

The Warehouse Specialist plays a critical administrative role within the distribution center, ensuring the smooth operation of daily logistics and warehouse functions through effective coordination and communication. This position is primarily office-based and is responsible for generating, processing, and distributing a variety of operational reports that support warehouse performance, inventory management, and delivery schedules. The Warehouse Specialist maintains accurate records of inventory transactions, inbound and outbound shipments, and assists in resolving discrepancies related to stock or deliveries. A key aspect of the role involves close interaction with warehouse supervisors, floor staff, and delivery drivers to ensure timely communication and efficient workflow across departments. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to administrative support within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Punctuality and attendance are extremely important to the success of the operations in general as well as contributing to an overall positive team atmosphere. Dependable job attendance is expected.

Shift Information: New hires would likely be placed onto 3rd shift; 11:00 PM- 7:00 AM, 8 hours shift

Work Environment: Distribution Center in Findlay, OH.

• The job is within a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, fumes, and noise.
• Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing protection, eye protection, and steel-toed shoes.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with SAP systems
