Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the service desk system.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required.
