Full-Time and Part-time positions available **What you can expect from this role:** + Catering Experience is preferred + Prepares and cooks foods according to recipe standards utilizing basic culinary techniques. Prepares food ensuring that strict safety standards are followed. + Determines food quantities and requirements needed and plans maximum utilization of ingredients, food and leftovers. + Plans, pulls and preps ingredients as needed. + Adheres to all food hygiene and health and safety requirements in order to meet regulatory and company standards. + May order and stock inventory for the department. + Resolves routine questions, issues and problems; refers more complex issues to higher levels. + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. **What’s in it for You:** At St. Luke’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission – and this includes our own SLHS team.
