A Nassau County Hospital is looking for a Faculty Family Medicine physician. Teach academics, precept and have own patient panel. Hospital will provide a competitive salary + full benefits. Job Function: Supervise and teach Family Medicine residents. Will teach in outpatient and inpatient setting. 80% clinical and 20% admin/academic. 2 - 1/2 days for academic admin. 6-8 1/2 days of clinical precepting. 2- 1/2 days of direct patient panel. Can be flexible with the precepting- direct patient panel mix. Will have a faculty appointment.
