Full-Time Nanny & Household Manager Needed in Philadelphia!

Position Overview: Location: Philadelphia, PA, 19127 Target Start: August 11, 2025 Target End: January 2026 (possibility to extend) Ages: 6 years old and 3 years old Parking: Driveway and free street parking Pets: None Schedule: * Note - can be flexible between school hours - Monday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM - Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM - Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM - Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM About the Family: This warm, close-knit family of four is excited to welcome a nanny and household manager into their home! Their two daughters, (6 and 3), are full of personality. The children are in school or camp from 9 AM to 3 PM, during which time the family would love support with staying ahead of childcare prep, household chores, and occasional errands. They are flexible and committed to finding the right fit for both sides, ensuring a happy and smooth partnership for everyone Responsibilities: - School drop-off and pick-up - After school activities - Homework help - Household management tasks: - received and unload grocery deliveries - run/empty dishwasher - prepare snacks and meals - child laundry and household linens - errands (dry cleaning, return packages) - tidy common areas Compensation: - Pay: $25-$30/hr - PTO/Vacation: 2 weeks (1 nanny choice, 1 family choice) 4 days between Christmas Day and New Year's Day - Paid Holidays: New Years Day, MLK, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Day Qualifications: - At least 1 year of full-time nanny experience - At least 1 year of household management experience - CPR and First Aid Certified - Vaccinations: Flu preferred Reference Job ID: BKE79
