Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between providers, patients, and pharmacies

  • Manage communications via phone and patient portal

  • Assist with scheduling, medication refills, and patient document management

  • Prepare and submit medication prior authorizations and manage follow-ups

  • Coordinate medical records and ensure accurate documentation

  • Initiate and track lab orders as directed by providers

  • Support the clinical team in maintaining organized, responsive workflows

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, patient-centered approach

  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office 365

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

  • Experience with insurance verification, pharmacy communication, and electronic medical records (EMR) is highly valued

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently

Work Location & Schedule:

  • Flexible hybrid schedule: In-office and/or part-time remote options available

  • Office located in the University District of Spokane, WA, near Gonzaga University and the WSU Health Sciences campus

  • Full-time, four-day work week: Monday–Thursday, 7:45 AM–6:15 PM, with intermittent brief coverage on Fridays (~ 2hrs)

Join a team that values empathy, innovation, and impact. If you're ready to make a difference in the lives of patients and families living with ADHD and learning differences, we'd love to meet you.
