Store Manager

The store manager is responsible for the day to day operations.

Including but not limited to:

• Hiring, training and developing store team
• Contribute to the overall vision and sales objectives of the store.
• Manage employee schedules and ensure attendance and punctuality policies are upheld.
• Provide consistent coaching on sales, product and client training in order to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.
• pragmatically solve problems on the go and adapt quickly.
• Develops and executes best practices.
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented where feedback is encouraged.
• Display a strong commitment to self-development and growth.
