Certified Nursing Assistant

Sampson Regional Medical Center is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Surgical Services Department!

Description:

The selected applicant will assist the perioperative team in many aspects of patient care, including but not limited to, patient care assistance, care of environment, transportation of patients, supplies/equipment, specimens and blood products to, from, and within the surgical unit.

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• BLS certification required
• High school diploma
• Medical terminology knowledge required
• Previous operating room experience preferred

Hours:

Monday - Friday; 6:30 am - 3:00 pm. May work other hours for the effective operations of the department.
