Warehouse Worker

Labor Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in our day-to-day operations, helping to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely handling of our products. You’ll perform a variety of essential warehouse tasks including inventory handling, order fulfillment, and shipping.

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain inventory

• Process, package, and ship customer orders accurately

• Load, unload, and sort materials

• Inspect items for damage or defects

• Use SAP software to track inventory and shipments

• Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery (training provided)

• Follow safety and hygiene regulations

• Adhere to 7S workplace organization standards

• Support warehouse and operations management as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail

• Team-oriented, dependable, and responsible

• Basic computer literacy required

• Prior experience with SAP or WMS a plus

• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred

Work Environment:

• Combination of office and warehouse settings

• Moderate to loud noise levels

• Occasional exposure to weather conditions

• Follow company policies regarding use of technology and personal data protection

• Promptly report any security incidents or irregularities
