We’re opening a brand-new Wendy’s in Bear, DE, and hiring a General Manager to lead it from day one. You’ll have the opportunity to build your own team, establish clean systems, and take full ownership of the store’s operations and results — with direct support from experienced ownership.

What You’ll Do

• Launch and operate a new Wendy’s location with full P&L ownership

• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team from the ground up

• Drive performance on labor, food cost, speed of service, and cleanliness

• Build schedules, manage inventory, and ensure brand and health compliance

• Lead from the floor — this is not a desk job

• Collaborate with ownership to improve systems and scale best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in Wendy’s or similar QSR

• Proven success managing key metrics and building strong teams

• Calm, consistent leadership style and strong communication skills

• Able to work 45–50 hours/week including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid ServSafe or willingness to obtain

• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Bear, DE

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary starting at $75,000++
