Bilingual Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and fluent Bilingual (English/Spanish) Supervisor to join our Louisville East facility on night shift. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, dependable, and highly communicative. This role requires a strong leader who can maintain consistency, uphold attendance standards, and support our operational needs while demonstrating flexibility and a team-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support night shift operations (Wed–Sat, 6:00PM–6:00AM)

• Work dayshift for 2–3 weeks initially for training, then starts shift (Wednesday-Saturday 6:00PM – 6:00AM)

• Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking team members

• Ensure coverage for fellow supervisors during their time off, and vice versa

• Participate in occasional, pre-scheduled meetings outside of shift hours

• Maintain reliable communication via company-provided cell phone and email

• Support hiring, coaching, and scheduling responsibilities as needed

• Uphold attendance, safety, and performance standards across the shift

• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Word for reporting and communication tasks

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

• Flexibility to attend occasional off-shift meetings

• Willingness to provide shift coverage for fellow supervisors as needed
