Sales Associate

Rothco is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join the sales team. Our Sales Associates form part of the sales team and assist the manager and sales team by performing administrative and entry-level duties while gaining experience. The position is an in-office position. Schedule: Monday through Friday 29 !/2 hrs per week.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, eager to learn, & MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE COMMUNICATING ON T HE PHONE WITH CUSTOMERS and able to execute the following essential duties:

Job Duties:

• Proactively contact customers through outgoing telephone calls and emails; actively sell and support new and existing business dealers/customers.

• Obtain contact information to help develop sales prospects and keep updated customer account information.

• Work closely with sales team and perform general administrative tasks as needed.

• Prepare and send materials and catalogs to potential and existing customers.

• Conduct desktop research and assist with marketing campaigns and sales programs by gather information through surveys or by speaking to customers.

• Keep activity logs and records of sales calls and customer information.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong self-motivation, and ability to work as part of a team.

• Proficiency in a foreign language; Spanish preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively and make and receive large volume of telephone calls.

• Well organized and detailed oriented.
