Receptionist

Peak Management LLC is a privately owned, full-service property management company headquartered in Timonium, Maryland. We specialize in the development, construction, ownership, and management of multi-family and self-storage properties. Our current portfolio of 16 apartment communities (with over 2,700 apartments and townhomes throughout the Greater Baltimore Area) and 10 self-storage facilities continues to grow and we are always seeking opportunities to add value to our portfolio. We are looking to hire a full-time Receptionist to add to our growing team.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Higher
• Valid Driver’s License
• Multifamily Housing Marketing Experience a plus

Software Knowledge:

• Microsoft Office Suite

Job Description:

The job roles and responsibilities include:

• Welcome visitors and callers by greeting them in a warm & professional manner.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and relay all incoming and interoffice calls.
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing, and filing.
• Keep updated schedule for conference room; and prepare room for meetings
• Accept and distribute deliveries
• Order supplies for the leasing and corporate offices
• Assist residents with inquiries and requests
• Other duties assigned
