• Unit Size: 35 beds

• Patient Population: Adults and Pediatrics

• Case Types: COPD, CHF, STEMI, NSTEMI, Sepsis, Stroke

• Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: Typically 1:4–6; may increase to 1:8–9 during surge times

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum Experience: 5 years of recent ER nursing

• Certifications Required:

  • ACLS

  • BLS

  • PALS

  • Telemetry competency

• EMR: Epic (experience required)

• License: Active CT RN license (required at time of submission)
