Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate New Construction Sales Agent to join our growing team. This role focuses on converting inbound leads into signed contracts while also generating new business opportunities in local markets. The ideal candidate has a background in residential construction, architectural design, real estate sales, or building materials. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where success is driven by initiative, professionalism, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and qualify inbound leads who have expressed interest in our custom structures
Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients in local and regional markets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, developers, and builders
Lead discovery calls and guide clients through the early planning and design process
Create and present customized proposals aligned with client goals and budgets
Work closely with internal teams to scope and price projects
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline updates in our CRM (HubSpot)
Travel as needed for high-profile deals, site visits, and in-person meetings
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional sales experience
Strong background in residential construction, architectural products, real estate, or building materials sales
Proven ability to manage a pipeline of 80–120+ active leads
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
CRM experience preferred (HubSpot is a plus)
Ability to handle complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits
