Inside Sales & Patient Liaison (On-Site, 20 hrs/week)
Diabetes DME – Illinois
Diabetes DME is a fast-growing durable-medical-equipment provider that helps Medicare patients gain easy, compliant access to Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs). We automate the paperwork so doctors can focus on care—and we’re looking for an energetic, bilingual phone pro who thrives on both winning new business and guiding patients through the process.
What You’ll Do
Own the phone. Make high-volume outbound calls to physician offices, build rapport with front-desk staff and nurses, and secure signed CGM orders for Traditional Medicare patients.
Nurture accounts. Track each clinic’s pipeline, follow up on pending orders, and identify opportunities for additional patient referrals.
Delight patients. Call seniors who’ve been prescribed a CGM, explain the next steps, and walk them through any missing paperwork or signatures.
Solve & document. Log every interaction in our CRM, flag obstacles, and work with the team to streamline workflows.
Ask questions & improve. In our small-company environment you won’t get a 200-page playbook—so curiosity, feedback, and iteration are part of the job.
Schedule & Location
20 hours/week, Monday–Thursday (flexible daytime blocks)
On-site at our Illinois office (no remote option)
Must-Haves
Love for the phone. You’re energized by dialing, not drained by it.
Fluent English & Spanish, spoken and written. Clear, confident, and professional in both languages.
Sales drive + account-management mindset. You can close today and farm for tomorrow.
Healthcare familiarity. Experience selling to medical practices, durable medical equipment, or pharma is ideal.
People-first attitude. Comfortable speaking with seniors and guiding them patiently through forms.
Self-starter in a lean team. When you hit a roadblock, you ask, learn, and keep moving.
Nice-to-Haves
Knowledge of Medicare DME billing or CGM products
Basic CRM proficiency (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
