Role Description

This is a part-time (with opportunity to become full-time) remote role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing data entry for customer accounts, understanding customer needs and ensuring satisfaction, assisting with incoming inquires, overseeing that account updates are timely and accurate, and providing proactive customer service. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, building and maintaining customer relationships, maintaining up-to-date reports and CRM, quick and responsive communication by email and phone.

This is a remote position, but must live within our covered territory (MD, DC, or VA).
