Academic and teaching hospital in Greater NYC looking to hire a Psychiatry Residency Program Director. Full time position with hospital benefits including PTO, CME, Malpractice coverage and competitive compensation plan!

Job Function:

• Newly created role, department chair been the residency director.
• 60% clinical, 40% admin.
• Clinical side outpatient + telemedicine.
• Oversee program of 6-8 residents.
• Program provides 70% of behavioral healthcare for Staten Island.
• Will work with VP of Physician Network to redesign programming, need creative thinking and focus on community health.
• Community-based practice affiliated with a university medical center - opportunity for teaching and research through affiliation.
