Role Overview

• Schedule: 4 days a week within Monday through Friday
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
• Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health needs
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Hold a valid, full PMHNP license
• Local to Traverse City, Michigan, area
• Active MI license
• Active DEA preferred but not required
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Compensation
Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $106,000 to $125,700 with no cap on productivity income potential.
