• No. of Beds in Department: - Facility 1: 120 beds - Facility 2: - Pediatric Inpatient Unit: 48 beds - NICU (Level III): 32 beds - PICU (Level I): 6 beds - Intermediate Care Unit: 4 beds
• Trauma Level: Level 1 (all sites)
• EMR System: Cerner
• Office Equipment Available: TBD
• Specialty Backup Available: Anesthesia MDs and CRNAs
• Support Staff Available: CRNAs, fellow Anesthesiologists
• Reason for Coverage: Vacancy (4 FTEs needed)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active West Virginia medical license required
• Certifications: - ABA Board Certification in Anesthesiology - ACLS - BLS - DEA - Preferred: National Board of Echocardiography Special Competence in Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography
• Experience: Not specified, but proficiency in cardiothoracic anesthesiology required
• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Cerner EMR

• Provide anesthesia care across a wide surgical spectrum
• Collaborate with CRNAs and other Anesthesia MDs
