Engineering Support / Logistics Specialist

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and initiate reorders as needed.
• Support capital projects and equipment upgrades as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience of Industrial, Mechanical and Electrical Systems Maintenance preferred.
