Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing day-to-day clinical operations
  
  
• Manage and supervise field nurses to ensure quality and compliance
  
  
• Train and support new nurses during onboarding and orientation
  
  
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and adherence to care plans
  
  
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
  
  
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
  
  
• Conduct field visits and participate in quality assurance initiatives
  
  
• Participate in the clinical on-call rotation as needed
  
  

What Were Looking For:

• Current Texas RN license (unrestricted)
  
  
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with leadership or home health experience preferred
  
  
• CPR Certification
  
  
• Valid Drivers License & auto insurance (must list your name)
  
  
• TB test within 1 year or Chest X-ray within 5 years
  
  
• Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
  
  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in the field as needed
