Caring Babysitter Needed for One Child with Special Needs, Mon-Fri

I am seeking a reliable babysitter for one elementary-aged child, starting August 18, 2025. My daughter will be taking the bus. I have to leave for work by 7:15. I am just needing someone Monday-Friday to help get her on the bus and than come back to the house around 3:00 to get her off the bus. She is a great kid. She is special needs and has some behavior issues. I would need someone very strong who will stick to what they say and is able to handle strong emotions and behaviors.
