Senior Strategist / Data Analyst

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 5-7 years related experience; 3+ years in Equal Opportunity Office strategy and compliance

Lead strategic alignment with agency goals, leveraging compliance insights and advanced analytics.

As a trusted advisor, this role requires a high degree of strategic foresight, data fluency, and operational insight. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of policy expertise, analytical rigor, and real-world understanding of how to leverage data to improve compliance, equity, and workplace culture across a globally dispersed organization. Candidates should be confident presenting findings to senior leadership and translating data into actionable decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement EO strategic plans

• Integrate compliance data into workflows and knowledge management systems

• Analyze blended datasets for operational insight

• Guide process improvement using data science methods

• Support senior leadership in planning and decision-making

• Prepare KPIs, dashboards, and deliverables including reports and quarterly reviews
