POSITION CONTINGENT UPON AWARD/FUNDING
**REQUIRES AN ACTIVE/EXISTING TS/SCI WITH CI POLYRAPH **
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 5-7 years related experience; 3+ years in Equal Opportunity Office strategy and compliance
Lead strategic alignment with agency goals, leveraging compliance insights and advanced analytics.
As a trusted advisor, this role requires a high degree of strategic foresight, data fluency, and operational insight. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of policy expertise, analytical rigor, and real-world understanding of how to leverage data to improve compliance, equity, and workplace culture across a globally dispersed organization. Candidates should be confident presenting findings to senior leadership and translating data into actionable decisions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement EO strategic plans
Integrate compliance data into workflows and knowledge management systems
Analyze blended datasets for operational insight
Guide process improvement using data science methods
Support senior leadership in planning and decision-making
Prepare KPIs, dashboards, and deliverables including reports and quarterly reviews
