In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our innovative solutions.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will not only provide support but also initiate strategic discussions with clients to enhance their use of our products and services. Your ability to navigate technical conversations and understand customer needs will directly contribute to their success and satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, managing their accounts and fostering long-term relationships.
- Understand customer challenges and provide tailored technical solutions to enhance their experience.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and their expectations exceeded.
- Document interactions, track account health, and provide timely updates to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to offer insightful guidance to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential, with proficiency in English being a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Proven experience in account management, technical support, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude and experience with software or tech solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset towards customer success.
