Spanish Speaking Software Implementation Specialist - Full-time

In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping our clients successfully implement and utilize our software solutions, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes and maximize their investment.

Your expertise in software implementation, combined with your fluency in Spanish, will enable you to guide clients through the setup process, provide training, and offer continuous support. You will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional onboarding experience!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of software solutions for Spanish-speaking clients.
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor the implementation process to client requirements.
• Provide training sessions and ongoing support to ensure clients are comfortable and proficient in using the software.
• Document each phase of the implementation process and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during the implementation process.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish is essential; proficiency in English is a bonus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in software implementation or project management is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel if required for client visits and training sessions.
