Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Oakland - Full-time / Part-time

I am neurodivergent and cannot clean my place due to injuries. I will be home while it gets cleaned so this will have to be a section by section cleaning job have issues with heavy scented cleaning supplies and most perfumes. I compost and recycle as well so the cleaner should be mindful to separate out the necessary items. It is also important that the cleaner can communicate with me clearly before the work starts, so they know what is expected that day. I can pay using PayPal and am not comfortable using other forms of electric payment.
