Parts & Service Manager – South Texas Domestic Automotive Dealership

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Parts & Service Manager to lead the daily operations of our dealership's parts and service departments. This leadership role is responsible for driving departmental performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency in line with dealership goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the parts and service departments to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Manage parts inventory levels and ordering to maintain optimal stock without overages
  • Supervise and support service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel
  • Establish and maintain processes for timely and accurate repair order flow and parts requests
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing clear communication and timely service delivery
  • Analyze departmental financial reports and identify areas for improvement in profitability and cost control
  • Implement and monitor training programs for service and parts staff
  • Enforce safety procedures and cleanliness standards in service areas
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
  • Collaborate with other department managers to align dealership-wide goals and operations
