Let’s be honest—you're the one everyone calls when something breaks, leaks, sparks, or creaks. As our Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of our property operations. You’ll lead a rockstar team, tackle everything from AC units to pool pumps, and make sure our communities stay beautiful, safe, and functional.

You'll spend your days fixing, planning, mentoring, and (let’s be real) occasionally saving the day.

• Running the show when it comes to all things maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

• Leading, training, and inspiring a talented maintenance crew.

• Keeping the shop clean, stocked, and ready for action.

• Partnering with property managers to stay on top of service requests and resident happiness.

• Responding to emergency calls like a cool-headed pro (cape optional).

• Keeping everyone safe by enforcing safety rules like a boss.

• Managing your budget like a maintenance ninja.

• Experience with tools, trades, and troubleshooting—your toolbox should be your best friend.

• Leadership skills that make people want to follow your lead.

• EPA Certification + Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license = must-haves.
