Senior Clinical Manager

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Manager to join our team. This is a salaried position, scheduled for five days per week. Consideration may be given to a reduced schedule depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. The Clinical Manager will be required to divide their time between both the Abby and Elkton clinics. This position will report to and work in coordination with the Practice Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including staff scheduling, AutoTime management, patient flow, and inventory oversight.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that support high-quality patient care and optimal use of current staffing. Participate in strategic planning initiatives.
• Staff Supervision and Timecard Management: Hire, train, and supervise clinical staff. Review and approve timecards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Patient Care Oversight: Promote and ensure high standards of patient care in accordance with best practices, protocols, and clinical guidelines.
• Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant Century Vision Global policies as well as healthcare and vision care regulations and standards.
• Contact Lens Department Leadership: Oversee the contact lens department, including performing fittings, placing orders, handling patient communication, and maintaining accurate Hello Abby reporting.

Although the Clinical Manager will not be scheduled for regular technician shifts, they must be capable of assisting with patient care when needed.
