We are a forward-thinking manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and maintaining a safe, efficient, and reliable facility. We are looking to add an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations and ensure maximum equipment uptime and facility performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement predictive and corrective maintenance programs to support uptime and safety goals.
  • Coordinate daily activities and priorities with production, engineering, and safety teams.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the maintenance team to ensure projects and repairs are completed safely and on time.
  • Schedule and manage maintenance tasks during downtime, shutdowns, or emergency repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports.
  • Track maintenance KPIs to drive performance improvements and optimize resource allocation.
  • Manage parts inventory, maintenance budget, and vendor relationships.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and executing reliability and performance upgrades.
  • Ensure full compliance with OSHA and other applicable safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and maintenance tracking tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and team development.
