Job Summary:
We’re seeking a passionate Full-Time Baker to support our Pastry Chef in producing scratch-made baked goods, including pastries, cakes, cookies, and seasonal specialties. You'll help ensure high standards of quality and consistency while contributing creative ideas to the team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Pastry Chef in daily production of baked goods (pastries, cakes, cookies, seasonal specialties).

• Contribute to custom orders, holiday menus, and special events.

• Help with recipe development and offer creative input.

• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe kitchen.

• Assist with inventory tracking, ordering, and minimizing waste.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or a strong passion for baking with home baking experience.

• Knowledge of classic baking techniques and baking science.

• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
