• Start Date: May 18, 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (potential to extend)
• Schedule Flexibility: Full-time (40 hours/week).
• Preference: 4x10s (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
• Options: 8s, 10s, or 12s will be considered.
• Facility will prioritize candidates available for 10:00 AM start times.
• Work-Life Balance: No Call or weekend requirements.
• EMR: Epic.

Clinical Setting & ScopeAs part of a Level 1 Trauma Center, you will work under the medical direction of an Anesthesiologist (typically in a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio). You will provide anesthesia care for a wide variety of cases, excluding OB and Hearts.

• Case Mix: Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular, and Neurosurgery.
• NORA: All providers are required to provide coverage for Non-Operating Room Anesthesia (NORA) sites.
• Patient Population: Infants through Geriatrics (No Neonatal).
• Daily Volume: 1–9 patients per day depending on case complexity.

• Endotracheal Intubation
• Central Line Placement
• Arterial Line Placement
• General Line Placement
• Note: Nerve blocks and OB are not required.

Provider Requirements

• Board Certification: NBCRNA (Required).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year post-graduation experience (No new grads).
• Licensure: Active Kentucky (KY) State License.
• The facility is willing to license the right candidate.
• Compliance: * COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations are required (Medical/Religious exemptions only).
• CV must be in MM/YYYY format with explanations for gaps over 3 months.

• Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days.
• Note: No emergency or temporary privileges are available.
• Holiday Calendar: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
