Sign-On Bonus: Offered on a case-by-case basis

Job Summary: We're currently hiring a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our GI-focused anesthesia care team in Delray Beach, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced CRNAs and recent graduates who are passionate about delivering safe, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities:
·         Provide anesthesia services for outpatient GI endoscopy procedures
·         Conduct thorough pre-procedure assessments
·         Administer intra-procedural sedation and monitor patient vitals
·         Coordinate post-procedure recovery and patient transitions
·         Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety standards
·         Collaborate with endoscopy teams and nursing staff to ensure optimal outcomes
Qualifications:
·         Active CRNA license (Florida)
·         Must meet Florida credentialing requirements
·         GI/Endoscopy experience preferred, but not required
·         Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
·         Commitment to high-quality patient care
