- Full Time
- Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, Tuesdays until 7 pm, Friday 8 am - 2 pm; Dedicated Admin time Wed 1 pm - 5 pm

- Average Patients seen: Approximately 20 per day, with encounters beyond that eligible for provider incentives
- Call Schedule: 1:7; Rotated Weekly
- Loan Repayment
- Compensation: $200,000 - $280,000 Negotiable based on Experience
