Job Description

A well-established manufacturing organization that supports better work experiences by offering a range of products, services, and insights into modern work environments, is looking for general laborers. With a long history and a broad global presence, it operates through a network of partners and employs a large workforce to serve diverse customer needs.

The right talent follows verbal or written instructions, such as bills of materials, shipping documents, or production schedules. Safely moves and stacks materials in and about the warehouse, staging area, trailers, etc. Often works for extended periods moving/loading materials or finished goods by hand where use of a hilo is not practicable. May also involve use of bar code readers, computer terminals or other electronic devices to track product.

Required Skills

• Able to exert in excess of 100 lbs of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 lbs. of force constantly.
• Able to occasionally lift 35–50 lbs. from floor to waist; lift 50–80 lbs. from waist to shoulders; and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Able to frequently carry in excess of 50 lbs.
• Able to reach forward, laterally, and occasionally over the shoulders.
• Able to occasionally grasp with moderate force.
• Able to rotate to other work in the zone, department, or any part of Distribution as required.
• Must be organized and capable of planning routes to maximize efficiency and prevent delays.
• Ability to speak English (required).

Compensation and Schedule

• Rates vary from $18.50 to $19.50 per hour.
• Day Shift: Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential flex start time as early as 4:00 AM.
• Second Shift: Monday to Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, with potential flex end time up to 2 hours later.

Additional Requirements
