The Opportunity

Join a mission-driven organization as their Regional Business Development Representative focused on expanding their healthcare footprint in the Southeast. This strategic role centers on building relationships with hospital systems, healthcare facilities, and medical institutions requiring emergency preparedness and disaster recovery solutions.

You'll leverage your healthcare industry expertise to serve as a trusted advisor, helping healthcare decision-makers prepare for and respond to catastrophic events while building a lucrative book of business.

What You'll Do

• Bring a Book of Business: Nurture and Manage relationships in your book of business with hospital systems, healthcare facilities, and C-level executives across the Southeast

• Industry Leadership: Serve as subject matter expert in healthcare emergency preparedness and disaster recovery solutions

• Strategic Partnerships: Establish partnerships with healthcare facility management, risk management, and operations leaders

• Professional Network: Represent the company at healthcare industry events and maintain ASHE membership to expand your network

• Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through national healthcare contract execution and long-term relationship building

What You Bring

Required:

Book of Business that includes solid relationships with hospital systems, healthcare facilities executives across the southeast

• 5+ years healthcare industry experience in hospital operations, facility management, risk management, or emergency management

• Deep expertise in hospital facility management, risk management, and hospital operations

• Existing healthcare network with preferably ASHE membership or similar professional organizations

• Proven track record managing multi-site healthcare systems or large hospital emergencies • Knowledge of healthcare engineering, regulatory compliance, and Joint Commission requirements

Preferred:

• Background in restoration, construction, or related industries serving healthcare facilities

• Healthcare risk management and patient safety program experience
