Main Purpose and Major Challenges of the Role

• Pull and Pack orders. Whether it be for shops or Website orders. Making sure that the orders pulled correctly, labelled correctly, and packed well.
• Loading and unloading containers or trucks. Needs to be able to team lift boxes up to 100lbs.
• The main challenge for this roll is making sure you are pulling the right product. It is very easy to pull the wrong product.

• Containers are how we get our boards from the factory. A couple times a month we unload containers and put the boards away. It is a team job to make sure that the boards are checked in and put away correctly.
• We load the orders onto box trucks when being shipped out. We team load the trucks with the orders.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

Organize and Clean

Help keep the warehouse organized and clean. Make sure that we are sweeping up our workspaces. Refill product bins(fins, pads, and leashes). When a bin is empty make sure that is filled back up.
