Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading/unloading trucks.

• Pick, pack, and fulfill orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Conduct regular equipment inspections and adhere to OSHA safety standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.

• Assist in packaging and preparing shipments to meet quality requirements.

• Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

• Follow proper lifting techniques and material handling procedures to prevent injury.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous warehouse experience strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with WMS or inventory management software is a plus.

• Experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts) in a warehouse setting.

• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices required.

• Mechanical aptitude helpful for addressing minor equipment issues.

• Background in manufacturing or construction environments is a bonus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
