Job Responsibilities:
Set-Up and Operate CNC Mill and Lathe machines to produce precision components.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and Set-Up sheets.
Perform part inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Maintain close tolerances and ensure parts meet quality standards.
Perform tool changes, machine adjustments, and preventative maintenance.
Keep accurate documentation and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience operating CNC Mills and/or Lathes.
Solid understanding of machining principles and tooling.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
Reliable work history with strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
G-code/M-code familiarity a plus, but not required.
