Job Summary

This key team member will provide expert level execution of contents inventorying, pack-out, cleaning / restoration, storage, pack back and other related production services. In addition, this team member is responsible for the oversight and training of production level team members such as crew members, cleaning technician, warehouse material handlers and temporary laborers. He / she reports directly to a Project or General Manager

Responsibilities

Travel to each location and ensure all boxes are properly packed, and all furniture is ready to move safely
Secure all boxes, furniture, and equipment before moving
Maintain a safe, clean work environment
Ensure all project paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Oversee labor, materials & billing efficiencies for all projects

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to clearly and confidently communicate
Works well in a team environment
Routinely demonstrate customer service skills aligned with company values of honesty, empathy and steward leadership
Can comfortably work in all weather conditions
Can lift and move heavy objects
Availability to respond to infrequent after-hours customer emergencies
Ability to follow direction
Aptitude to maintain equipment used in daily tasks
