The Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO/President is responsible for providing highlevel administrative and personal support to the organization’s top executives, ensuring seamless daily operations and efficient management of both professional and personal priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills to handle a wide range of administrative, executive, and personal assistant tasks with the utmost confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.

This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills to handle a wide range of administrative, executive, and personal assistant tasks with the utmost confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and CFO/President, anticipating needs and proactively streamlining workflow to maximize executive productivity.
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, arranging conference calls, and securing meeting spaces and related services (catering, technology, and logistics).
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and process expense reports, check requests, and other executive-related documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other communications on behalf of the executives.
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and track follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and fostering strong working relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of Board meeting materials and other high-level presentations as required.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Provide personal assistant support, including managing personal appointments, coordinating household or family-related logistics, and assisting with other personal tasks as needed.
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO and CFO/President.
- Perform other duties as needed to support executive leadership and organizational priorities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of executive office and personal assistant protocols, with the ability to represent executive leadership professionally.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft highquality documents and presentations.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential business and personal information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive, resourceful approach.
Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Experience providing personal assistant support in addition to professional administrative support preferred.
- Experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment required; exposure to finance or operations environments preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $30.00
