Location: South Fort Worth, TX 76140
Pay Rate: $18 - $19/hr DOE

We’re seeking a skilled Metal Polisher to join our team, responsible for refining and finishing metal surfaces to a high standard. This hands-on role involves working with various tools and equipment to prepare, smooth, and polish materials, ensuring each piece meets strict quality and safety guidelines.

Polisher Shift Info
Day Shift, 6am to 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday
Some Fridays 6am-2pm
Must be open to overtime
Polisher Tasks & Duties:
Polishing & Finishing: Use hand and power tools to grind, sand, and polish metal components to a smooth or mirror-like finish.
Surface Refinement: Remove imperfections such as dents, scratches, or blemishes from metal surfaces.
Quality Assurance: Carefully inspect completed work to ensure it meets detailed specifications and standards.
Machine Use: Set up and operate finishing and polishing machinery with precision.
Tool Care: Keep all equipment and tools well-maintained and in good condition.
Safety Awareness: Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Worksite Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand technical drawings and instructions to complete tasks accurately.
Polisher Qualifications (Requirements/Skills):
Proven experience polishing sheet metal to a high-gloss or mirror finish.
Familiarity with different metals and proper finishing methods for each.
Competence in safely operating finishing equipment and tools.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
