We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee high-end residential construction projects.

Job Description: 

We are looking for a Project Manager who will provide concierge-level communication to clients, ensuring they are informed about project progress, processes, and any potential delays or budget overages. The ideal candidate will initiate and lead homeowner weekly update reports, meetings, and site walks in conjunction with the Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide concierge-level communication to the Client at all times, specifically relaying project progress, process, and any potential delays to the schedule or overages in budget.
• Initiate and lead homeowner weekly update reports, meetings, and site walks, in conjunction with the Project Coordinator.
• Collaborate with the Preconstruction Coordinator to ensure all permit requirements, land development requirements, and HOA requirements are actively addressed according to project milestones.
• Collaborate with Managing Partners and VP of Construction to ensure budget and schedule are complete, accurate, and uploaded to BuilderTrend before project commencement and homeowner kickoff meeting.
• Oversee and collaborate with the Preconstruction Coordinator and Project Coordinator to ensure all bids and orders are thoroughly reviewed for accuracy and design intent, and approved/awarded per MDF process in BuilderTrend, in conjunction with the Accounting Department.
   

Qualifications:

• Applicants must have at least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager for a custom, luxury residential construction company, plus additional project management experience to total a minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in BuilderTrend and other project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
