Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Address booking inquiries, cancellations, and changes with efficiency and professionalism.
• Deliver knowledgeable guidance on travel destinations, itineraries, and relevant travel regulations.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the support system.
• Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and travel updates to provide clients with timely and relevant information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the travel sector, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms is an asset.
• A genuine enthusiasm for travel and helping others is essential.
