Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Norwegian-speaking players through various channels such as forums, social media, and live chat.
• Address gameplay questions, technical concerns, and community feedback with promptness and professionalism.
• Encourage interaction within the community and help create a positive, engaging environment for all players.
• Work closely with the development team to share player feedback and suggest enhancements for the gaming experience.
• Stay current on game content, features, and community standards to offer accurate assistance.
• Log player interactions and identify common issues to improve overall player satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on fostering community relations.
• A genuine passion for gaming, with an understanding of gaming cultures and trends.
• Previous experience in customer support or community management is desirable.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple inquiries in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with social media and customer support tools is preferred.
