Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Allied Health

Location: Texas
Shift: 5x8-Hour Days | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Call: Required
Start Date: 9/29/2025
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Patient Load: ~12 patients/day
Charting System: Altera (preferred, not required)

 Licensure & Certification Requirements:

• CNMT – Required
• Texas Medical Board MRT License – Must have
• BLS (AHA) – Must be completed before initiating patient contact
• Certification Verification Required:
  • ARRT (N) or NMTCB (CNMT)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Nuclear Medicine
• Travel experience: Preferred
• Local Candidates:
  • Not accepted if within 50 miles (Allied)
• Previous Perm Employees: Must be separated for at least 1 year

Other Important Details:

• Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious exemptions accepted)
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required
• Orientation & Modules:
  • 6–8 hours of non-billable modules (completed during orientation)
• Lab Requirements: Must complete required lab work within 72 hours of offer acceptance or have a completion plan
• Pre-approved RTO: One allowed with submission
• Hard Doc Due Date: Thursday 2 PM CST prior to start
  • Late documents may be considered with proper communication
