Location: Cleburne, TX
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT scans for both inpatient and outpatient populations in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
Operate and maintain GE Optima 64-slice CT scanners to ensure optimal imaging results.
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Verify patient identity, review medical history, and explain procedures clearly.
Monitor patient conditions during scans and respond promptly to any issues.
Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to ensure accurate image interpretation and timely reporting.
Adhere to radiation safety standards, infection control, and departmental policies.
Maintain accurate documentation and workflow in CareConnect and EPIC systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Certification: ARRT (CT) required; current BLS certification preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent CT imaging experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in operating GE Optima 64-slice or similar CT equipment.
Software: Experience with CareConnect and EPIC for imaging documentation and patient management.
