Orthopedic Surgery Physician Locums Job in Washington ASAP and Ongoing Call Assignment

Shift Details:
Two Weeks per Month
Duration: 6 -9 Months
Covering the ER 24/7
Setting: Hospital and Outpatient Clinic (outpatient: 3.5 days 3 mornings each week, M F)

Requirements:
Board Certification
State License WA or IMLC with LOQ in hand
Fellowship trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
Certifications: BLS, DEA
Malpractice: Clean Preferred
Availability at time of name clear
Required Procedures: Full spectrum of orthopedic cases minus complex pelvic issues
Must have 5 years of Level II experience

Assignment Details:
Reason for Coverage: Provider resignation
Trauma Level: 2
Support Staff: PA
Admissions per Day: 0 7
Credentialling Timeframe: 60- 90 days
